Right now, we’re looking for an experienced **Account Manager** with a Level One RIBO license to join our Stratford office and help us deliver the kind of service people rave about.

**What You'll Do**

If you love connecting with people, solving problems, and making sure things run smoothly, this role has your name all over it. As our next Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly voice and trusted advisor for our clients—keeping their coverage in top shape and their questions answered. Here’s a glimpse of what your day could look like:

- Be the go-to support for client questions, requests, and concerns
- Review policies and ensure everything is accurate and up to date
- Provide helpful, proactive service that keeps clients coming back
- Stay sharp on insurance trends, policy changes, and products
- Handle documentation like a pro—clear, complete, and audit-ready
- Collaborate with our awesome team to create a seamless client experience

**What You Bring**
- **Level One RIBO License** (held for at least two years)
- **3+ years** of insurance experience
- Strong product knowledge and a natural ability to explain things clearly
- Friendly, people-first communication style
- Self-motivation and a team mindset—you can work solo, but love to collaborate
- Tech-savviness, especially with Microsoft Office
