Towing Dispatcher/clerk

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Input vehicle information into our Towing and Tire software to send calls directly to their cell phones in a timly manner.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and vendors to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
- Coordinate all dispatch calls and fees.
- Deal with insurance companies on a regular basis.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of vehicles and tire service calls.
- Help with filing paperwork.
- Greet customers at the front counter and on the telephone, with a strong focus on facilitating the best possible customer service.
- Able to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze data effectively for decision-making purposes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a dispatch or clerk role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
