**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the design, development, and execution of automation test strategies and frameworks.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using **Selenium WebDriver**, **Java**, TestNG/JUnit.

Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, QA team, and business stakeholders.

Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality standards are met throughout SDLC.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot failures, and optimize automation performance.

Coordinate test planning, estimations, progress reporting, and defect triage.

Mentor junior QA automation engineers and ensure best practices in automation delivery.

**Required Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

** 10+ years** of experience in QA and Test Automation.

Must have at least **2 years of experience as a Test/QA/Automation Lead**

** Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java.**

Experience with frameworks such as **TestNG**, **Cucumber**, **Maven/Gradle**, **Jenkins**, **Git**.

Deep understanding of **SDLC/STLC**, Agile delivery, and CI/CD automation.

** Banking domain experience is mandatory.**

** Wealth Management / Capital Markets** domain experience is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Nice to Have**:
Exposure to API Testing (REST Assured / Postman / SoapUI).

Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Experience with BDD Frameworks (Cucumber/SpecFlow).
