**Experience/Qualifications**:

- 2 years of business school or training in Human Resources or equivalency beyond high school
- Working knowledge of computers and financial procedures and practices
- Sound knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing programs
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced multi-task environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and establish priorities while working in a collaborative setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Conduct themselves in a professional and caring manner.
