We are currently accepting resumes for the following role: Marketing Coordinator.

**Marketing Administrative Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**
- Create / Maintain PowerPoint Presentations for Sales / Operational Meetings
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
- Tracks service line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
- Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
- Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Utilize Microsoft Applications and Outlook on a daily basis to accomplish tasks
- Job Functions may not be limited to the tasks listed above

- Proficient in WordPress
- Able to respond quickly to customer demands

**Educational Requirements**
- High school diploma
- University or equivalent
- Must be able to read and write English fluently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Social media management: 3 years (preferred)
