The Unregulated Care Provider (UCP) provides personal care and other services to residents in a safe efficient manner, according to care plans as well as the policies and procedures of the retirement homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medication and treatment in accordance to care plans, policies and procedures.
- Monitor vital signs.
- Notifies the Health and Wellness Manager/RPN or regarding any concerns.
- Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition (physical, emotional, etc) promptly.
- Complete documentation on care as per the residence policies and guidelines.

Qualifications Needed:

- Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification or equivalent
- Approved pharmacology training.
- Must have current First Aid certificate.
- Experience in LTC or retirement living will be given preference.
- Internationally educated Nurses are welcome to apply.
- Must be able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
