**Responsibilities**:

- Lead structural internal and external fiberglass repairs, ensuring repairs are completed to Acuren Wind quality standards and work flow is organized
- Liaising with wind farm owners on behalf of Acuren Wind
- Operation of wind turbine including safe usage of the hoisting equipment, LOTO and Confined Space Permits
- Work as a member of the team and proven team-oriented, safety first approach.
- Interpret Work Instructions and Reference material related to repairs and materials
- Documenting repair and inspection findings Inspection of composite rotor blades interior and exterior.
- Operate suspended platform (training provided)

**Qualifications**
- Over 5+ years of experience performing interior and exterior structural fiberglass repairs, ensuring repairs are completed to quality standards, and coordinating up-tower repair teams.
- Ability to demonstrate and teach others
- Ability to work in remote locations for extended periods of time in variable climates and environments.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts as required
- Strong math and computer skills, including MS Office Programs
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- Comfortable walking over rough/slippery terrain as experienced on heavy construction sites
- Climb a 100m/330ft vertical ladder, multiple times per day, with up to 15kgs/30lbs of additional weight.
- Bend, kneel, climb and squat with full range of motion and for prolonged periods of time
- Demonstrate effective hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Lift up to 25kgs/50lbs unassisted (on occasion up to 35kgs/75lbs)
- Operate hand tools
- Stand for prolonged periods of time
- Work around and with composite materials
- Capable of working in adverse and extreme weather conditions and in confined spaces
- Fall Protection/Working from Heights
