**Vehicle Rental Agent**

Be a part of an exciting new program that will re-shape the world of vehicle rentals. We are looking to hire for multiple positions for a Rental Agent to join Foss National Leasing to work **onsite** in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

**Job Type**: Permanent Part time

**Hours Of Operations**: 7am-11am. Mon-Sun (Schedule may vary)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare all rentals for the coming day; Vehicles parked correctly, cleaned, fueled, cleared of snow and debris.
- Ensure all customers can access their keys and ensure a smooth process of delivery and return by assisting with the booking system and inspections.
- Answer any questions and hold an elevated level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Collaborate directly with vendors on recalls and regular service requirements.
- Represent the company positively and always look for areas of improvement.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service oriented.
- Technologically advanced.
- Able to work independently.
- Clean Driver Abstract.
- 1 Year in customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of vehicles or willingness to learn.
- Flexible working environment.
