**DIRECTOR - RISK MANAGEMENT**:
**AtkinsRéalis is currently looking for a Director - Risk Management to join the corporate risk and project oversight team. Reporting to the Vice President, Risk Management, this position has global reach and plays a key role in operationalizing the company’s risk management framework and enhancing risk management practice across the business.**:

**Summary of Role**:

- ** Review and drive improvement of project risk management processes and quality of implementation across the company**:

- ** Participate in independent peer reviews of project performance and forecasts, advising on risk aspects**:

- ** Mentor and advise internal clients on risk management approaches and advance effective risk management practice, working closely to support development and implementation of effective risk treatment strategies**:

- ** Lead risk workshop facilitation and reviews with projects as well as at business and function levels**:

- ** Support users and teams in risk analysis and optimal utilization of risk management technology.**:
**Preferred Background**:

- ** University degree in engineering or technical discipline**:

- ** Relevant professional designation(s). MBA is an asset**:

- ** 10 years’ experience in engineering and project roles**:

- ** Proven experience in commercial or risk management**:

- ** Full proficiency on industry-standard and specialized risk management software**:

- ** Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills**:

- ** Solid understanding of project management, cost estimating and scheduling principles**:

- ** Fluent in English. French is an asset**:
