**The Position**:

- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through a well-designed buying process to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Get to know our product and become a product expert Understand what makes our vehicles stand out.
- We’ll give you the cars and the tools to help you meet sales goals ensuring your success

**What you will bring to the role**:

- 2 years’ experience as a New or Used Sales Manager, or automotive managerial experience.
- You’re Friendly, Approachable and Supportive with the desire to excel at sales.
- Results-driven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful.
- Previous management experience in any industry considered an asset.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a safe driving history.
