**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate screen printing machines, ensuring proper setup and calibration for each job.
- Fabricate screens and prepare inks according to specifications for different printing projects.
- Learning how to operate DTF machines and understand Photoshop. ( Training provided )
- Use and perform jobs on a heat press.
- Physically strong enough to move heavy boxes around the print shop.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on printability.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
**Skills**
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery related to screen printing.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, able to think logically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
