**Summary**:
The VIP Services Supervisor supports the oversight of customer service operations. The incumbent reports directly to the YYZ FBO Base Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent performs a hybrid role with responsibilities in two main areas:

- Customer Service Supervisor responsibilities
- Concierge/Valet Driver responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or luxury service industries.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and FBO-related software systems (Avfuel ProCard, Flightbridge, or equivalent).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience an asset.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs.) and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
