**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and file T1 income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Analyze financial information to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and changes in legislation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and answer questions regarding their tax situation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in tax software, particularly Profile, is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
