**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

Our warehouse associates are at the core of delivering a great experience to our customers at Well.ca. The position focuses on collecting, sorting, packing & shipping orders in our warehouse.

**POSITION INFORMATION**

Starting salary: $17/hr

This position is a contract full-time position until January 19th with the potential of a full-time hire.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accurately pick, sort, pack and ship orders for customer orders
- Contribute to all stages of our order fulfillment process
- Accurately distribute packages to the correct shipping carrier
- Build pallets and load trailers for shipping carriers
- Contribute to department cleanliness, health & safety behaviours, and equipment maintenance.
- Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and objectives

- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and reliable

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Casual dress code
- This position requires extended periods of walking and standing
