**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform cleaning duties in residential and commercial facilities, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing and surface washing.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Assist with equipment maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is well-kept and operational.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver's license and vehicle
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
