Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled **QA Specialist **for one of our clients.

**Position: Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior**

**Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)**

**Duration: Long Term Contract**

**Must haves**:

- 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
- 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application
- Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps

**Software Testing Soft Skills-**
- **Analytical**: Proven excellent analytical skills, logical reasoning and systematic problem solving
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- **Time Management**: Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change
- **Great Attitude**: Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- **Teamwork**: Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

**Software Testing Experience**
- 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester
- 5+ years of experience testing a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Application
- Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
- Experience testing Adobe AEM is an asset
- Displays an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
- Displays an understanding of PM Methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.

**Technical Skills**
- Experience with defect tracking tool like Jira / Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of defect management life cycle
- Demonstrates an experience of proper Documentation of Test Cases / Test Execution Plans
- Working knowledge and experience of QMetry is an asset
- Working experience of an automation tool (GUI and API ) is an asset
- Ability to write and understand SQL is an asset
- Ability to understand data models is an asset
- Ability to understand Java and Javascript is an asset

**Public Sector Experience-**
- Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
- Experience with Case Management would be an asset.
