Esl Teacher

**Job Overview**:
MLI Inc. is seeking a Full Day ESL Teacher for a group of high school students arriving from Japan to join our team. This is a 5 day program from March 25 - 31 (weekdays only). As an ESL Teacher, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students who are looking to improve their English language skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend planning meetings
- Teaching Leadership Themed ESL class
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning
- Help to plan and run activities
- Collaborate with a program coordinator and other teachers to enhance the overall learning experience

**Qualifications**:

- Canadian certified Teaching Degree OR ESL Teaching Certificate (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.)
- Previous experience teaching English as a Second Language
- Ability to adapt and modify curriculum to suit the learning pace and ability of your students
