As a **Retail Team Lead** at Sobr Market, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming, informed shopping experience for all customers. This position requires a dependable and organized individual who can lead by example, support their team, and work well with mínimal supervision. Hours will range from 27-35 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Regional Manager in the overall operation of the store.
- Acting as a liaison between store staff and the Regional Manager, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Overseeing daily store activities and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Handling or appropriately directing customer concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Helping customers explore our extensive selection of non-alcoholic beverages and providing product recommendations.
- Maintaining store organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
- Ensuring accurate Point of Sale operations and cash handling procedures.
- Restocking shelves and assisting with receiving new shipments as needed.
- Opening and closing the store as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
- Support and motivate team members to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Communicate updates, issues, and operational needs to the Regional Manager in a timely manner.
- Assist with inventory management and product ordering.
- Uphold store policies and foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Work comfortably both independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge and interest in non-alcoholic beverages is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of operations.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable managing a team.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 35 per week
