**The Position**:
We are currently seeking a part-time In-House Counsel to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for flexible work hours and has a strong background in corporate law. As a part-time In-House Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our organization.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters.
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring that they align with our organization's objectives and legal requirements.
- Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate law.



**Work Schedule**:

- This position is part-time, with a commitment of one day a week. The specific day can be negotiated based on mutual availability. We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate your other professional commitments.

**Compensation**:
The salary for this part-time position will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
