**Key Responsibilities**
- Design team development training and innovative programs to enhance learning.
- Helping with recruiting, orienting, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Assist in the scheduling of training courses and events in print and multi-media aids.
- Create and design instructor guides and other training materials.
- Work with manager, HR department, and other staff to develop training budgets and assess staff needs.
- Coordinate facilitation of management training.
- Help direct the design, planning, and implementation of training program policies.
- Research trends and cost-effectiveness for casino training needs, and consults with senior management on findings.
- Create and executes strategy for training programs or learning events.
- Maintain a current level of professional knowledge in adult learning and development and instructional strategies.
- Maintains a professional network and key resource contacts.

**What You Bring**
- 5 years of training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of applicable local, provincial, federal laws and regulations.
- Capacity to create and present effective speeches and presentations.
- Quick to analyze situations and act appropriately.
- Able to work independently, meet timelines, and exercise independent judgment.
- Razor-sharp coaching and consulting skills.
- Analytical, solution-orientated mindset.
