**Job Description - Scenic Caves Trail’s Grill**

Scenic Caves has a custom built 24-foot, state of the art food trailer as well as an outdoor freezer/fridge unit. This unit is the main food sales and distribution outlet for the park. The food truck is open Friday
- Sundays in the spring and fall, then daily in July and August. The Scenic Caves Food Trailer workers will report to the Scenic Caves Managers.

In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the food and beverage truck. Your duties are listed below. Over the course of a successful day tasks are done in a timely manner and deliver food, beverages and excellent customer service experiences.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensure that the venue is always clean, in excellent working order at all times.
- Ensure that proper health and safety measures are being followed for the food venue.
- Opening and closing the venue as required, on a daily basis.
- Preparing food by order and Cash sales.
- End of day clean-up & prep for next day is easy because the venue has been kept exceptionally clean all day long.

**Qualifications**
- Appropriate kitchen experience is an asset, not not required
- Confident and organized person who enjoys working with a team and is energized by working in a fast pace environment that requires multi-tasking.
- Personable, positive, upbeat, responsible, dependable, trustworthy and have appropriate time management skills.
- A Valid food handlers certificate or willing to obtain one

**Seasonal Position mid-spring to mid-fall. May, June, September and October will be Friday
- Sundays, the summer 5 days a week**

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
