Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at heights using specialized climbing and rigging techniques. Your primary focus will be on conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various structures while adhering to safety protocols.

**Duties**

  • Utilize rope access techniques to access and work at heights safely and efficiently.
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on structures such as buildings, bridges, and industrial equipment.
  • Conduct cleaning tasks, including commercial cleaning and custodial duties, while working at heights.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks effectively.
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure job completion within specified timelines.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service when interacting with clients or building occupants.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after completing tasks.
  • Engage in facilities maintenance activities as required, including heavy lifting and physical labor.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Rope Access Technician or in a similar role.
  • Certification in rope access techniques (e.g., SPRAT or IRATA).
  • Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment relevant to the job.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently at heights.
  • Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
