**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with children in a classroom setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and social skills.
- Provide care for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive atmosphere conducive to learning and development.
- Observe children's behavior and development, documenting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to nurture and educate young minds.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
