**The position**:
As a Custodian, you play a key role in upholding this mission by ensuring our store’s appearance is clean, welcoming, and professional. Your attention to detail and helpful spirit contribute to creating an environment where customers and employees feel valued and inspired. Working independently, you will take pride in maintaining a space that reflects the high standards Trail Appliances is known for.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Clean and maintain store floors, including vacuuming carpeted areas and washing non-carpeted surfaces.
- Dust and clean appliances, cabinets, and other display surfaces.
- Ensure store washrooms are cleaned and well-maintained.
- Monitor and restock customer convenience items and cleaning supplies.
- Support the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store to create a professional and welcoming environment.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with punctuality and exceptional attention to detail.
- Take initiative by proactively contributing ideas to improve processes and procedures.
- Thrive in a diverse and collaborative team environment.
- Successfully pass a security check as part of the hiring process.
- Bring previous cleaning experience to the role, showcasing knowledge of effective cleaning practices.

**Availability**:
This is a **part-time** position and will require you to be available:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

**Compensation**:
$15/hr - $16/hr
