**_ What is a day in a life of a _**_Creative Studio Production Artist_**_ _**_at theturnlab?_**

You will collaborate with our art directors, copywriters and developers to create new concepts and creative ideas. Through your solid planning, communication skills and your eye for detail, you will take ownership of the final stages of the project and will take extra care to ensure the client’s vision comes to life. Your days will consist of you executing creative concept designs. In summary, you will:

- create layout designs for print and digital mediums;
- effectively resize and output multiple ads on a daily basis to publishers;
- organize and multi-task the approvals on the production schedule;
- generate comps and create layouts and final production-ready art;
- conduct back up for projects on a weekly basis and documenting PDFs for new creatives;
- create files, layout design and file print preparation;
- prepare file delivery of the design project and/or presentation decks for print;
- identify and adjust design or layout issues.

**_ What value will you bring to our team?_**

You will have a post-secondary education in Graphic Arts or related field coupled with a minimum of three to five years of experience in a similar position within an advertising or marketing agency. You will bring with your solid experience in content and layout designs for print and digital mediums. You will have demonstrated experience as a collaborator and team player with solid planning and communication skills. Furthermore,you will have:

- knowledge of brands identity guidelines;
- expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate (HTML banners), XD, Lightroom, Acrobat and OS X, and intermediate knowledge of video editing apps such as, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro;
- demonstrated experience with image manipulation techniques;
- creative and imaginative;
- able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- detailed oriented, well organized, solid time management skills and self-motivated;
- solid communication skills; and
- able to work as part of a team and working equally well independently.
