If you like being outside all day and are not afraid of getting your hands dirty, this is the right position for you. **Benefits**: - **Compensation**: $20 to $23 per hour + tips + annual bonuses. - Opportunities for advancement into senior management positions - Work outside all day - Friendly culture that values the importance of respect and work-life balance - Ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you develop your communication, teamwork, and leadership skills **Responsibilities**: - Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting customers with a smile, showing an interest in their concerns, and ensuring they are satisfied with the service. - Showing up to work on time - Safely operating lift equipment - Lower windows (< 10 feet): Remove debris from glass surfaces using a sleeve, eco-friendly cleaning solution, rubber squeegees, and scrapper blades. Detailing will then be done with a microfiber cloth around the frames of the windows. - Higher windows (10-40 feet): Operating water-fed poles using a four-stage water purification system to clean windows that are up to 40 feet high. Occasional ladder use - Counting vehicle inventory at the end of each day - Ensure company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times. **Requirements**: - High school diploma - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Access to a vehicle for transportation to and from our fleet storage space - Outstanding communication skills - Ability to work at different heights - Ability to safely operate equipment up to 50 lbs. - Ability to work in all weather conditions **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal **Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Schedule: - 10 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Ajax, ON L1Z 1X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - Do you feel comfortable working with heights? - Do you have a clean driving record for the past 6 years? - Do you feel comfortable safely operating equipment up to 50 lbs? - Do you have any customer service experience?
