If you answered yes, this might be the career for you In this position, training is provided as you will be working actively with the Service Technician to grasp an in-depth understanding of the all the operations that take place within the Service team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is new to the office furniture industry to gain exposure to a wide range of repairs and maintenance while providing quality services to clients.

**Job Summary**:

- Troubleshooting for clients and repairs of office furniture.
- Build on customer experience by providing outstanding services on client sites
- Provide effective communication to all stakeholders; includes accurate completion of paperwork
- Understand and utilize hand/power tools for repairing of office furniture.
- Utilize safe lifting and moving techniques to avoid damage to furniture, walls, door frames and elevators during movement of goods.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds
- Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent attention to details and good follow through
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a true team environment.
- Clean driving record and valid BC driver’s license.
- Must be willing to complete CRC including fingerprinting
