**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in Restaurant Management or Leadership role
- Must have open availability including overnights as most are 24/7 location
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Has reliable means of transportation
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift objects up to 50lbs
- Having Food Safe Level 1 an advantage

**BASIC FUNCTION**

The Shift Manager is responsible for generating performance which exceeds guest's expectations while maintaining operating standards, achieving financial results and developing an outstanding team on a day-to-day basis.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensuring strict compliance in food safety standards and practices
- Achieving targets for sales and other profitability metrics of the restaurant
- Ensuring strict adherence to cash control policies and procedures
- Consistently delivering an industry leading guest experience as detailed in our strategy and measured by internal and external consumers measures (e.g. Brand Compliance Assessments, Delighting Guest Reports, Self Assessments)
- Developing and maintaining a strong working climate with the team members and fellow management employees
- Developing a highly-performing team through effective processes of training, delegation, coaching and performance management
