**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage current customers’ maintenance and project needs while also anticipating future requirements
- Develop and manage new customer relationships for the company
- Prepare estimates, budgets, quotations, and cost projections for jobs
- Manage projects and prepare progress schedules
- Preparation of job tool lists, including fabricated items, site lifting equipment, and coordination of subcontractors to complete projects
- Attend job walks and meet with customers/maintenance teams to ensure effective project launches
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Respond to all customer inquiries and requests including breakdowns and manpower support

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a mechanical project management role in a multi-trade environment (i.e. millwrighting, fabrication, equipment moving, pipe fitting)
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
- Willing to travel across Southern Ontario
- Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using CRM tools
