Located just minutes west of Winnipeg, **John Blumberg Golf Course** offers a 27-hole facility made up of the 9-hole **Gold Course** and the 18-hole **Emerald Course**. With rolling fairways, mounded greens, and scenic water features, Blumberg is a welcoming and busy public course known for its outstanding golf and friendly atmosphere.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and flexible individual to join our team as a **Clubhouse All-Arounder**, cross-trained to work in the **Golf Shop**, **Kitchen**, and **Beverage Cart**. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a variety of tasks, enjoys customer interaction, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience both on and off the course.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Golf Shop Duties**
- Greet guests, check in golfers, and book tee times using our POS system
- Process green fees, retail sales, and assist with merchandise questions
- Maintain a clean and organized golf shop environment
- Answer phones and provide course information with professionalism

**Kitchen Duties**
- Assist with basic food prep and cooking (grill, fryer, sandwich station, etc.)
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Restock items and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas
- Provide fast, friendly service during busy times

**Beverage Cart & Restaurant Service**
- Operate the beverage cart on course, serving drinks and snacks to golfers
- Provide courteous, timely service with a strong understanding of liquor service guidelines
- Restock the cart, manage transactions, and maintain a tidy workspace
- Assist with table service and counter service in the clubhouse as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- A true team player ready to be **cross-trained across all clubhouse areas**:

- Strong multitasking skills and a proactive work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions
- Food and beverage experience is an asset
- Must have or be willing to obtain **Serving It Safe certification**:

- Must be available **weekends, mornings, and evenings**:

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
