Powell River, Canada Desolation Sound Resort Full time

We are seeking some help with our housekeeping / handy maintenance work at Desolation Sound Resort. There are full-time, part-time and casual/on-call hours available. We are looking to add 2 people to our team. We are open to hiring couples and individuals. You MUST hold a valid Canadian work visa, Canadian residency
- able to legally work in Canada.

This is a seasonal 5 month contract position. May until September.

Responsibilities include housekeeping the chalets after checkouts (wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, making beds, mopping and restocking). There may be some deep cleaning of the chalets included, potentially some maintenance/outdoor landscaping, and front desk reception work.

We are offering on-site staff housing in a shared home, and we also have spot(s) to park & live in your van

**We are developing our boat tour business at the Resort. A SVOP license is definitely a plus.**

These positions are best suited to individuals or couples looking to spend their summers exploring a new part of B.C. with a great work-life balance and a fun team. The area is only 30 minutes north of Powell River, with all the amenities you need. Desolation Sound and the Lund area are a gateway to kayaking, boating, swimming, snorkelling, diving and hiking Come join us for a fun summer of work & play.
