Our vision of an ideal carpenter is someone that has the knowledge and flexibility to complete the following types of work:

- Framing
- Structural repair
- Window and door installation
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Interior trim
- Demo, prep, and job set up
- A general understanding of electrical, plumbing and other trades is very important

**Job Specifics are as follows**:

- Provide excellent customer service at all times to ensure we create a “raving fan” with each and every client
- Work collaboratively with the team and have a complete understanding of expectations for each project
- Expected to stay up to date on new building technologies, materials and practices
- Responsible for job site safety, security and cleanliness on a daily basis
- Expected to be familiar with all current building codes
- Follow the safety policy and keep the company and sub trades working within OSHA guidelines
- Mileage will be compensated

**General Requirements**:

- Valid Drivers License
- A vehicle (pickup truck with room for transporting materials is a plus)
- Basic hand tools required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction field

Hourly: $15 to $30 / hr. Based on experience and performance

**Salary**: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

- Midland, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
