**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, focusing on diagnosing problems with software configuration, integration, and performance.
- Collaborate with senior specialists, developers, and support teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Estimate effort required for troubleshooting tasks, managing time effectively to meet resolution targets.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions, contributing to knowledge bases and process improvements.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers, providing updates on issue status and resolution strategies.

**Qualifications**:
