**Overview**
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated woodworker/ shop hand to start helping in the Adrift wood shop. This role will be the third employee of the company. We need someone that is eager to take on more responsibility and grow with the business. Someone who can work creatively with your hands and your head,. Most of the work will be processing rough lumber, planing, cutting, routering and lots of sanding. Crafting and assembling components for a variety of projects. Keep a very high quality control as each project progresses. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, to quality and to volume.

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to execute and create precise products.
- Craft and assemble components using ( Planer, table saw, chop saw, jointer, router, a flat head screwdriver etc), ensuring precision and quality in every piece.
- Be able to maintain, clean and or fix tools when needed.
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects, providing input on design and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Following safety standards while operating tools.
- Hold Great attention to detail throughout the process of each project and be able to confidently address any mistakes made and come up with solutions.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in woodworking or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools and woodworking machinery is essential.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
