Temporary Customer Service Clerk

We are currently searching for a dynamic **Customer Service Clerk** to temporarily join our Montreal office. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Clerk is responsible for the complete administrative functions associated with the customer service department.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Data entry - enter bookings as required (for special projects or others)
- Provide documentation (PODs, BOLs, etc.) as needed to customers
- Update customer’s web portals
- Scan all documents from customers pertaining to bookings
- Perform other duties, as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative environment
- Bilingualism (English and French).

**Skills**
- Strong organizational and communicational skills
- Punctuality
- Strong ability to work within a team
- Computer literate : MS Office Suite, AS400 environment (an asset)
- Learning fast and capacity to adapt quickly to changes.
