**Project Manager, Field Services (Construction)**
- ** Project Planning**: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- ** Scheduling**: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- ** Budget & Resource Management**: Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- ** Progress Reporting**: Provide regular updates on project status, including risks, timelines, and progress against goals.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices across projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager (Natural Gas, Surveying, Construction, Drafting experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- PMP certification (or similar) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
