**Job duties**
- Perform installation of telecom equipment in vehicles
- Perform repairs on telecom equipment (Field service)
- Manage trouble tickets (Update and completion)
- Make recommendations for recurring problems for continuous improvement
- Play a key role for updating technical documentation

Good manual skills
Good client skills
Up-to-date computer skills and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Valid driver's license and ability to responsibly drive and maintain a service vehicle
Background checks by the internal security service and law enforcement authorities
**Preferred Qualifications/Competencies**College degree in electronics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer electronics or equivalent
Basic understanding of radiocommunication networks (Trunking/Conventional)
Mechanical degree, a good asset
Radiocommunication experience with P25 (Astro 25), a good asset
Functional in both official languages (English, French)
**Work conditions**Work schedule: 8:00 to 16:30 Monday through Friday
Availability to work on-call
Location: Ottawa, ON

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
