**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Prepare estimates for residential and commercial projects**
- Prepare estimates for remodeling projects
- Prepare estimates for new construction projects
- Prepare estimates for small to large commercial projects
- Prepare estimates for multi-family units
- Prepare estimates for off-site construction projects
- Prepare bid packages, submittals, and change orders
- Prepare bid packages, submittals, and change orders for off-site construction projects
- Prepare bid packages, submittals, and change orders for new construction projects
- Prepare bid packages, change orders, submittals, and change orders using industry specific software programs as needed.
- Assist with preparation of the final contract package including all required documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
This is a full-time position with benefits. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This is a position requiring the ability to work in our Mississauga, ON office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $85,542.72-$161,335.41 per year
