- Assess, challenge, and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into a functional and technical implementation
- Define optimum solution approach for end-to-end process integration between SAP CX solutions (SAP Cloud for Sales and Services, SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce Cloud) and external systems
- Suggest solutions based on best practices
- Provide business and functional support on SAP CX solutions
