**Major Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all invoices and employee expense claims in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Adequately maintain vendor accounts and reconcile vendor statements.
- Ensure invoice discrepancies are thoroughly investigated and communicated to the vendor / appropriate parties.
- Adhere to month end / year end deadlines and requirements.
- Audit invoice entries by peers to ensure they comply with company policies and procedures.
- Process payments promptly and accurately in compliance with AP Procedures.
- Communicate clearly with both internal and external clients.
- Manage credit card transactions and ensure appropriate supporting documents are provided

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum College level Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 3 year experience, in a similar role.
- Experience in Construction Industry an asset
- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and guidance.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
