Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Professionally install a wide range of commercial vinyl graphics:

- Full and partial vehicle wraps
- Window graphics and perforated window film
- Large-format wall murals
- Window frosting and privacy films
- Install basic signage:

- Dimensional letters (acrylic, metal, PVC, etc.) using various mounting methods
- Non-illuminated signs at ladder level
- Trim excess vinyl cleanly and professionally using appropriate tools.
- Ensure the quality and durability of all installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in the shop.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and find effective solutions.
- Occasionally assist with production tasks in the shop, including:

- Laminating printed graphics
- Mounting prints onto various substrates (e.g., foam board, PVC)
- Trimming and weeding vinyl graphics
- Preparing materials for installation

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Vinyl Installer in the sign industry (required).
- Comfort and proficiency in installing basic signage, including dimensional letters and non-illuminated ladder-level signs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and installation instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and other necessary equipment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience operating large format printers and laminators.
- Experience with plotter software and vinyl cutting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
