**Responsibilities**:
As an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets, you will gain valuable exposure to a wide number of industries and work with a variety of financial products, including public and private debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory. Responsibilities can include:

- Running valuation analyses;
- Performing complex financial modeling;
- Conducting industry and company research and analysis;
- Developing client presentations;
- Writing internal and external marketing memoranda;
- Performing other tasks supporting client relationships and business development.

This position is located in **Montreal, Quebec** and ideally suited to talented, highly motivated individuals who seek to build a solid, comprehensive foundation in the basic skills of investment banking.

**Qualifications**:
BMO Capital Markets offers a practical, hands-on experience in a dynamic investment banking environment. We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious and mature individuals:

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate business/accounting/finance program graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027
- Strong interest in finance and banking.
- Outstanding academic achievement, leadership experience and peer recognition
- Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detail oriented.
- Highly motivated, fast learning and able to work with limited supervision and adapt to frequent market, systems, and process changes.
- Knowledgeable in the principles of finance and the financial markets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or an individual who is legally authorized to work in Canada and will not require sponsorship in the future.
- Bilingualism in French and English required
