Field Supervisor/lead Technician

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of field employees and ensure they are meeting performance targets such as time on site for tasks assigned. Staff are leaving to site in a timely manner and are prepared for the day.
- Provide coaching and training to field employees to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Make certain site safety policies are being followed and proper paperwork is on site for OHS
- Report site concerns or performance concerns to Managers
- Verify employee time sheets are accurate
- Ensure employees have the necessary supplies before leaving to site in the mornings
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to field employees on techniques and proper material removal/disposal
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Efficiency Officer to coordinate schedules and resolve any operational issues
- Confirm accurate records of field activities are being entered into job files each day by employees
- Assist in the development and implementation of new strategies to improve field operations
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, with experience in emergency restoration. WRT or Asbestos tickets are an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Professional phone etiquette
- Clean drivers abstract with class 5 license with the use and ability to navigate apps on a cell phone.

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
