**About us**

Designd Interiors is a growing Interior Design company with a wide range of projects from Single Family to Multifamily. We collaborate with Italian kitchen manufacturers to develop custom solutions for multifamily developments.

We aim to connect design and construction workflows to allow greater oversight and agility throughout the project lifecycle. Our collaborative approach from the initial concept design through off-site manufacturing, on-site construction and post completions of customer care and asset management enables more choice and better organization.

We strive to optimize our process and are looking for someone to help us achieve our goals. We are always open to suggestions for better ways to deliver the work.

**As a Draftsperson**, **you will**:

- Help develop and organize Revit families for our collections
- Develop kitchen compositions in accordance with architectural and ID drawings
- Prepare shop drawings for construction
- Work in a team to develop systems to improve productivity and delivery
- Develop itemized schedules for the kitchen components

**We are looking for someone that can**:

- Plan, organize, prioritize workload, and multi-task to meet objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Read, understand, and review Architectural and ID drawings
- Understand building and construction sequencing.
- Review of drawings for accuracy and conformance to our standards
- Enjoy learning and can take on a challenge.
- Communicate promptly any delays.
- Work individually but also as a team.
- Troubleshoot, problem solve and learn new technologies

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certificate in computer-aided design and drafting for Architecture and interiors
- Proficient in AutoCad and Revit
- Solidworks is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- A minimum of two years of drafting experience
- Fluent in English, both verbal & written
- Ability to work in BC

**Job Type**:

- Full-time
- 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday
- 55,000 to 65,000 a year
