**Inside Sales Representative**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service. If you have a background in construction or knowledge of power tools, that's a plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile.
- Handle customer calls and process orders for pick-up or delivery.
- Become a product expert through in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Maintain and fill product displays to ensure they are always well-stocked.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven customer service experience.
- Background in construction and/or knowledge of power tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year.

Pay: $42,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
