CLEANING TECHNICIAN - CONTENTS

Position Overview: Cleaning Technicians are responsible for the cleaning of contents and premises of water and fire losses.

**Essential Job Functions**

• Packing contaminated contents
• Cleaning and sanitizing contents
• Re-packing the cleaned contents
• Unpacking the contents at insured’s home and resetting as per pre-loss pictures
• Cleaning the insured’s premises (when applicable)
• Post-Construction cleaning and final walk through with homeowners
• Keep Contents building tidy, clean and organized
• Have a good communication with homeowner during pack-out regarding personal and dangerous contents
• Monitoring packing of trailers and cube vans
• Inventory and documentation of contents
• Supply inventory
• Additional duties as assigned

**Requirements**

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma

Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
