**Position**: Handyman

The Handy Man would be responsible for:
**Job Functions**:

- Investigate possible problems and propose solutions
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks on doors (roll up), gates, furniture, fixtures and appliances in an effective and timely manner
- Carry out all kinds of electrical repair, HVAC, carpentry, painting and janitorial duties
- Fix electrical fixtures and handle plumbing/leakage problems effectively
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis
- Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance job
- Identified and replaced burned out bulbs
- Hours may vary depending on the needs of the business.
- Assist with costings on repairs that will be completed by other vendors

**Qualifications**:

- Must be familiar with modern tools and equipment used in repair and maintenance work
- Current valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Able to drive own vehicle regularly within southern Ontario
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Able to travel occasionally within Canada
- Have electrical knowledge/electrician

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Salary**:$18-25/hr

**Benefits**

- Should be available for overtime hours if required

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
