A Project Manager will be our Branch Manager’s right hand and will be accountable for leading and delivery of projects through to completion, while ensuring adherence to budget and schedule. If you are a strong leader, highly organized, strive to meet deadlines and produce high quality work, come join us
- Completion of a Construction Management diploma or Engineering degree preferred.
- Completion of or working towards completion of the PMP designation is an asset.
- Minimum **3 to 5 years** work experience in interior systems on commercial or industrial projects.
- Ability to **organize**, **develop**, **communicate**, and **execute** on budgets, schedule, quality, risks etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs as required.
- In-depth understanding of prevailing project management methods.
- Excellent **written** and **oral communication** skills and the ability to work in both **team** and **self-directed** environments.

**What will you be doing**:

- When it comes to **safety**, you **lead by example** and set the bar for those around you by **inspiring and coaching **your team.
- While the majority of your time will be spent in the office **planning**, **scheduling**, and **maintaining** customer satisfaction, you will be **on-site** 25% of the time and supporting the team in person.
- Ensure **scope of work** is being completed **efficiently** and according to **company standards.**:

- You will assist with the development of **estimating strategy.**:

- You will ensure the project is **well planned, organized, and identify checkpoints** to remain on schedule.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
