You’ll be able to work from our workspaces located all over the country, from home, or a combination of both All interviews will take place over the phone/video. **Our Values** People First Accountable Always Strength through Diversity Time Matters A Step Ahead ### Your Role We are looking for an experienced Content and Marketing Lead to support Metrix Group’s growth in the Healthcare and Pharma industry. This person will develop and execute a content marketing strategy to help grow the Metrix brand and generate leads for the business. They will also lead all other marketing efforts across the Learning and Development and Healthcare Marketing space. They will work closely with all business areas, including the Senior Management team. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer. ### What You’ll be doing - Meeting or exceeding; - Lead generation targets - Reach/impression growth targets - Working with leadership to build and execute a content / marketing strategy and process that generates new quality leads for the sales team - Responsible for determining the processes and executing the steps to generate good-quality leads for the business. - Build and manage programs such as drip marketing and lead scoring, triggers, and work with sales to improve lead conversion - Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across channels - Collect and synthesize insights on our industry, customers, and competitors - both qualitative and quantitative - to inform strategic decisions that will lead to a marketplace advantage - For all initiatives, define, measure, monitor and own the metrics of everything you do - for ongoing optimization and to measure success and deliver KPI reports - ensure we are spending against what works. - Ensure all programs are in compliance with marketing best practices and relevant regulatory requirements (eg. GDPR) - Educate the 99% of the market that aren’t ready to buy yet through various media campaigns and organic social. - Build and keep updated standard marketing and sales content and collateral including but not limited to case studies and brochures - Lead / be our voice as a thought leader in the L&D / marketing space for Healthcare/Pharma across marketing/social channels. Create content while leveraging company expertise for thought leadership as appropriate. - Manage existing and future social media channels (and ensure tracking pixels are utilized effectively for any social media) - Design and deliver basic creatives as required for social or paid ads - Develop and implement a strategy that will increase the website’s visibility generate leads and improve month over month. - Attract the right people to our website, through SEO and CTAs to convert their interest into ongoing communication with us - Define global conference strategy/participation with a focus on optimal brand positioning and maximizing commercial opportunities - Other duties as assigned ### Your Qualifications - A proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate results - 2+ years of Marketing and Demand Generation experience - Experience working with marketing technology that supports demand generation - Experience marketing to healthcare/pharma accounts with multiple people in the buying cycle and decision-makers in senior leadership roles - Experience with Marketing Automa
