**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to food safety standards. Your leadership will help maintain a high-quality dining experience for our guests while fostering a positive work environment for staff.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks and servers, to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during service.
- Train new staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and special promotions that enhance the dining experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, and storage facilities to ensure cleanliness and organization.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team of employees.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
